Yes, unfortunately it does suck. It was created by someone who worked on Grey's Anatomy but who failed to pick up what made Grey's entertaining in the beginning. We learned the three newbies' tragic back stories in the first episode thanks to some spectacularly unsubtle writing. It also portrays the indigenous people using the most clichéd clichés and yet the senior doctors yell at the newbies "YOU NEED TO RESPECT THEIR ANCIENT CULTURE." And a love triangle is already on the horizon. Blerg.
Maybe if it was airing here I'd give it more of a chance. But as I have to download it, I'm out until everybody else starts raving.
