School holidays; STUDIO 60 WAS AWESOME!
Had my exam for the History and Sociology of Genocide today and it went ok. I'm now on holiday til late February so that's awesome.
And good lordy but did Studio 60 rock in the last ep.
Matt and Danny are so freaking cute together! You really get the sense that they have been friends forever. The Sorkin-speak between them just crackles.
When Matt shot himself the head - hee! I do that too.
The Jordan/Danny interaction likewise sparkled. Her character is a tough one to wrap your head around but she's great.
And the Big 3. I loved Tom and Simon's "intervention" and the arguments they used to convince Harry. Great stuff there.
Yay! for more Lucy Davis. Her expression and tone when she said "that's the nicest thing you've ever said about my writing!" were fantastic.
And I love Cal. And Ron. Ricky too a bit.
Overall, best ep of the season. More please Mr Sorkin!

Granted, I enjoy all Danny/Jordan scenes, but I agree that this one was particularly good. They had a great dynamic going. This episode really was awesome.
