After my Dad's chiro appointment he came home to change and brought the Monday West Australian with him. Pam Casellas wrote this about VM:

 

Channel 10 on the other hand, does have a new series, tonight the first episode of Veronica Mars (7:30pm). It talked about thhis series last year as a prime contender but it never made it. It promises something.

After her best friend is murdered and her father is removed as the town sheriff, a young woman named Veronica Mars becomes a private eye in her home town of Neptune. And my, what a lot of mysteries there are to be investigated in Neptune, a town with a crime rate at least on par with Mt Thomas and Midsomer Magna.

 

It's not a glowing review but it does say something that of all the new shows she could have commented on, she chose to discuss VM. Also it appears that Channel 2 has bought The West Wing from Nine which is awesome but I have all the DVD's anyway.

Welcome to Neptune bitch! This is how it's done on VM! (Contains spoilers for 'The Office')

Ok so tonight the first ep of VM was on. And it was awesome. Sadly they cut dead Lilly shots so we didn't get to see Amanda Seyfried with her head bashed in. Bummer. Also I noticed something about how much time was dedicated to each character. Click here to read. It's my second post.

Also, my parents liked it! Well my mum certainly did. They both liked how the rape was dealt with and want my sister to watch it so she understands how easily it can happen.

In other news I have started beta-ing VM fanfic written bytehellie . She's really great. Her first fic (betaed by me) is called Fulfilling and it is a very, very hot LoVe smutty fic written formutinousmuse's Pants-a-thon fic challenge. It involves Logan and leather. Awesome. Her next fic is about the Beav, err, Cassidy, and her characterisation is awesome. Should be up soon.

I feel ridiculously proud of both fics. They aretehellie's babies but I guess that makes me the midwife or something...I've got it. I'm the orthodontist who fixed their teeth!

I had a driving lesson today and didn't do anything too illegal. So: score!

Also I watched 'The Office' christmas special and Dawn and Tim finally kissed! It was so sweet! Am eagerly awaiting 'Extras,' Gervais' new show. Apparently Daniel Radcliffe is going to do an ep!
