No, it is sexism, by definition. Systematic discrimination of the female sex = sexism. Pointing that out is highly mainstream and does not give women/feminists or anyone a bad name.
Now of course sexism works in a lot of different ways to cause something like the disproportionate number of women in films. Doesn't make it any less sexist.
You seem to understand sexism as meaning hatred for women? It just means discrimination against women. I don't think Nolan hates women, he just doesn't treat them as equal as an artist.
