Parks and Recreation is the best!!!
Mar. 18th, 2011 11:16 pmSo for those who aren't watching Parks and Recreation, I strongly recommend that you do. The latest episode was the most joyful twenty minutes of television in recent memory.
For those who are watching wasn't this just the best ever? I loved everything!
- Joan Callamezzo and Perd Hapley and that other reporter dude who hasn't been named yet! I love it when the media shows up.
- Ben and Leslie!!! Overly complicated handshake FTW! And also the hug!
- April and Andy continue to have the sweetest relationship and yet it doesn't induce cavities. I awesomesauce them.
- Beautiful Ann continues to make bad decisions when getting out of relationships. Three cheers for continuity.
- I hope the chief comes back because he was a) savvy, and b) I love anything that brings up Pawnee's horrible history.
- The following is an excellent sight gag.

- Of course Ron doesn't hold hands.
- This is also an excellent sight gag.

That sign hangs behind his shoulder for almost an entire scene.
- The second last scene with "American Girl" playing and then the pan up to show how big and how successful the festival is? My heart swelled.
After the awesomesauceness of Parks I found Community to be pretty lackluster but I did laugh a few times.
That Dan/Blair fic I started in the comments of my last post is coming soon.
