There are so many things here I would never have noticed - knot shirt studs, clothing plainly showing Cobb's mental state, Mal and the color purple, John Varvatos Spectator Boots! and those tiny flowers on Fisher's braces (they look like Tudor Roses to me, which would fall in line with his "English" look and hint at his "boy who would be king" type role).
