Ok so I was driving and thinking about Logan and Veronica (which is probably why my passengers took issue with my driving skills. Oops, my bad!) and I noticed a pattern in their relationship. A trend, if you will.

Under the cut you will find evidence, in the form of pics and one graph, which prove the existence of a cyclical trend in Logan and Veronica's relationship.

We begin in episode 1 of season 1.

Here we have Logan destroying Veronica's personal property. Not very nice, but what happened to those trousers he's wearing? Do we see them again? Hope so. Stupid fire.

Next, we have episode 5 of season 1.

Veronica needs Logan's help. Logan is a snarky jackass, but he does give her some information.

Episode 13 of season 1

Logan asks Veronica for help. He huddles in his jacket for warmth because Southern California is known for it's cold temperatures.

Episode 15 of season 1.

Logan is emotionally vulnerable with Veronica. She gets to see that he is not a total jerk.

Episode 18 of season 1.

Kissing! YAY!

Just noticed how her eyes are closed while his are opened. Totally suprised. Beautiful.

To make the trend even more clear, I have created this graph.

Ok so the trend isn't that obvious. The points don't exactly match up and I am reaching a lot. But if this data proves to be correct, we can soo expect Logan to be emotionally vulnerable with Veronica. And then KISSING!

But here's the thing: I'd rather they hold off on the L/V reunion til season 3. And I'm a hardcore L/V shipper. So hopefully we will see Logan be emotionally vulnerable with Veronica (and vice versa) but in between that and them KISSING, I hope we see them go to a new stage: friendship. Genuine friendship. Friendship with loads of UST and snark, but definitely friendship.

My little bro and sis go back to school this week so definitely expect more picspam from me. I shall compare VM to....'STAR WARS!'
