Driving lessons and a few of my favourite things

Had a driving lesson today and did something that was illegal.

Watched some of 'A Very Long Engagement' like I said I would. Can't believe I described it as whimsical. Obviously was blocking the horrifying war bits. It's a really good movie though and I'll finish watching it tomorrow.

 Now here are a few of my favourite Veronica Mars fics. Not a complete list.

• 'Blood and Roses' by kaosmalek on fanfiction.net-very good season 2 fic with brilliant Logan characterisation and an interesting mystery. My current fave on ff.net
• 'Virtual season 2' by theohara -the best fanfic of any fandom ever written. This could have happened on the show its that good. Masterful plotting, brilliant characterisation for all characters. Every time I read this fic it blows my mind. If only she'd update! All of her VM fics should be read and can be found here.
• 'Holding the Curve' by tiana -the second best VM fic out there. Post Ruskie Business break down in the hotel, Logan and Veronica go up to his room and get drunk. Fanatastic characterisation. Updated fairly regularly. Also written some great one shots.
• 'Adam's Apple' by darwyn -a Veronica Mars spin off about Pan High featuring several VM characters. Really great plot. The sequel 'The battle for Troy' crosses over with 'The O.C.' bringing in Seth and Ryan. The characterisation of Seth is amazing and reminded me of why I loved him in the first place.
• 'Wrong Answer'  by invida -Post Ruskie Business break down featuring hilarious snark between LoVe as they sit on the beach.
• 'Live Large' bydrollicaeipathy -This fic, from Cassidy's point of view on Logan and Veronica's relationship, is so freakin funny. Made me love Dick.
• 'A Rare Glimpse into the Mating Rituals of a Mars and an Echolls' by[Unknown site tag]kantayra -  hilarious fluffy fic
• 'A Practiced Gait' byalocalband-Logan and Keith interaction. Awesome
