bennet_7Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! This is going to be relevant to very few people but Lee Ross, who played the Boatswain on tonight's episode of Doctor Who, was actually on Steven Moffat's very first TV series and my favourite show ever, Press Gang! He played Kenny Phillips ("I am so sweet and loveable, cuddly toys just sneer at me") who was assistant editor and best friend to Lynda Day ("..devious, unfeeling, calculating, manipulative bitch.")
I am flailing! If Moffat's not going to do the long-promised Press Gang reunion show, then the least he can do is cast the actors on Doctor Who.
