Secondly, I finally got my 'Veronica Mars' DVDs and have been watching it with my little sister (she's sixteen and an 'act-orrrrrr'). She actually guessed the killer correctly! I'm so proud. She didn't guess the motive though.

She hates Duncan even more than I do and I kind of like season 1 Duncan.

When we finished the finale she was hyperventilating: "Oh my god, oh my god!" She loved it to say the least. And she immediately had to know who was at the door so we then watched the first three eps of season 2.

She's not exactly a fan of how things have turned out.

But she has been picking up on all the 'Arrested Development' shout outs. The first words out of her mouth as Big Dick was yelling "Shred it!" were "Steve Holt!" I'm seriously proud.

Normally my sister and I don't get along (and that's the understatement of the year) but we have bonded over these two shows and I am actually enjoying her company. It probably won't last that long. But maybe it might.

My younger brother (14) has also been watching VM but he's not nearly as devoted.

But it's really great to watch their un-spoiled reactions to the show. I was watching my sister's face when the big kiss happened (I had to have my had clamped over my mouth to stop me singing 'Momentary Thing') and she just got this smile on her face...

I can't wait to see my mum's reaction to it all and I'm hopefully having a viewing party for my friends this saturday.
